We would like to congratulate Sarah Concannon as she has recently been appointed as our new Co-Training Specialist here at The Fountain Group.
In just a few short months with us, she has shown great aptitude and work ethic as a junior recruiter. She has shown a strong understanding of a variety of skill sets and is exceptionally self-sufficient considering her short tenure in her recruiting role.
In her new position, she will assist in the growth and shaping of our incoming training classes by one-on-one instruction. This will include requisition and skill-set explanation, help with constructing online searches, as well as teaching the overall strategy in qualifying candidates.
